Ph.D In Leadership

I did my PhD in leadership studies at Gonzaga University. My dissertation looked at the interplay of leadership, culture and innovation. I am currently the Chief Executive at Scouts New Zealand.

Amateur Barbarian

The famed explorer Sir Richard Francis Burton (1821 -1890) used to describe himself as an "Amateur Barbarian." It is a phrase that resonates with me, so I am borrowing it.
